These terms govern your use of fieldhousecomplex.com (the “Site”), operated by The Gatorade Fieldhouse (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Use of the site

The Site is provided for informational and inquiry purposes. You agree not to use the Site to violate any law, infringe anyone else's rights, transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or scrape content for commercial use without our written permission.

Bookings, events, and program participation

Information about parties, tournaments, court rentals, memberships, and programs on the Site is descriptive only. Confirmed bookings, rentals, and program enrollment are governed by separate written agreements and are subject to availability, deposits, cancellation policies, and the terms of the partner running that program (for example, Elevate Facilities for turf and baseball/softball).

Athletic activities involve inherent risk of injury. Participation in any program, event, open gym, or rental at our facility is subject to a separate participant agreement and waiver. Nothing on this Site is a waiver, release, or substitute for that agreement.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, images, logos, layout, and underlying code, is owned by The Gatorade Fieldhouse or our licensors and partners and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. “The Gatorade Fieldhouse,” the Fieldhouse mark, and other names and logos on the Site (including those of our partners and sponsors) are the property of their respective owners. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial use; any other use requires our written permission.

Third-party links

The Site links to websites operated by our partners, sponsors, and other third parties. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information on it is current or accurate at all times. Schedules, hours, and programs change — call us to confirm before relying on Site content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Gatorade Fieldhouse and its owners, employees, partners, and sponsors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or other intangible losses, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in DeSoto County, Mississippi, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
